Lee Blessing's story deals with four women — a mother and her three grown daughters — each struggling for independence from each other, yet trying to balance that with their need for family love and comfort.
The play features Anita Schwaber as Evelyn, the mother; T.C. Wits as Kess, the oldest daughter who returns to the family fold against her will; Jennifer Jane as Jo, the "reliable" middle sister; Alexandra Ruttschow as the rebelious youngest child.
